Vietnam imposition of anti-dumping galvanized China
|
Dumping duty on this product is valid for 120 days, starting from 16/9.
Ministry of Industry and Trade has issued a decision on the application of anti-dumping measures temporarily galvanized steel products imported from China (including Hong Kong) and South Korea in Vietnam.
Accordingly, the duty will be classified according to the codes from 4-38%, in which anti-dumping duties temporarily for galvanized steel products are applied with the highest level of BX Steel 38.34% POSCO Cold Rolled Sheet Co., Ltd.
Tax temporary antidumping effect within 120 days, 9/16/2016 - 1/13/2017.
In the next stage, the investigation agency will conduct on-site verification for business cooperation to check the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by businesses. Then review and recalculate the dumping margins official. Planning and examination schedule will be notified relevant authorities specific to each business within a reasonable period of time.
