Thailand anti-dumping investigation of stainless steel Vietnam

Thailand has issued a notice to initiate anti-dumping investigations against products of stainless steel pipe (stainless pipe and tube) imported from several countries, including Vietnam.
Competition Administration Department (MOIT) certification, has received information about the Bureau of Foreign Trade (DFT) of the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand Official Gazette September 17, 2015 decided to initiate anti-dumping investigation prices for stainless steel pipe products (stainless pipe and tube) imported from Korea, China, Taiwan and Vietnam.

This is the anti-dumping lawsuit 3rd Thailand for export goods of Vietnam in 2015, before it was cold products and galvanized sheet.
In the notice, after reviewing the complaint, preliminary DFT see signs of dumped goods (margin of dumping on the de minimis) and caused substantial damage to the domestic industry of Thailand for the aforementioned products.
DFT will send a questionnaire and a public complaint to the relevant parties. The other interested parties as necessary information, questionnaires or other documents may send a written notice to participate in case the maximum period is 15 days from the date of the Official Gazette.
