Receiving records request to review a second time for cold-rolled stainless steel

Specifically, dated 05.09.2014, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 7896 / QD-BCT on the application of anti-dumping measures against certain products, cold-rolled stainless steel imported into Vietnam from countries / territories: people's Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan (China).

 

Dated 04.29.2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1656 / QD-BCT on the results of the first review of the incident.

 

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 24 of Ordinance No. 20/2004 / PL-UBTVQH11 about dumping of imports into Vietnam, after one year from the date of the decision to apply anti-dumping measures , one or more parties involved in the case may request the Minister of Industry and Trade decided to conduct a review on the basis of the parties ask for proof of the need to perform the review.

 

Competition Administration Department official notification received requests to review records for the second time the application of anti-dumping measures for a number of products, cold-rolled stainless steel originating in the People's Republic of China, Republic Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan (China). Businesses and stakeholders can submit requests to review Profile apply anti-dumping measures in the form Request Document check (attachments). Scope of review proposals may include but are not limited to the following: The range of goods subject to the tax; Dumping margin for one or more specific firms; Loss of domestic manufacturing industry.
