Accordingly, anti-dumping duties applicable to the temporary export of Vietnam was from 5.68% to 16.45%.
 
For all Chinese exports, tariffs in this case is 52.1%. The reason China did not cooperate with the investigation agency in the process of investigating the incident.
 
This preliminary tax rate will apply from 26/9/2015 dated 23.01.2016 to.
 
Previously, on 04/28/2015, Malaysia began initiating anti-dumping investigations against religious items tinted Vietnam and China. The product under investigation is Ton tinted, including 210 HS 7210.70, 7210.70 and 7210.70 900 and 290 tariff code 7210.70.10 AHTN 00, 7210.70.90 and 7210.70.90 90. 20 FIW Steel Co. Sdn. Reportedly, the investigation period starts on 10/01/2013 - 30/09/2014. And the stage is considered the damages from the date of 01.10.2011 - 09.30.2013.
 
Notified by MITI, the stakeholders must send submissions of comments, along with the evidence necessary to protect their rights and interests before the investigating authorities issued a final conclusion on the case work. The deadline for submitting written submissions to the agency's investigation before date 10/14/2015 Malaysia.
