3 Vietnam's steel enterprises including Hoa Phat Steel Pipe apply anti-dumping tariffs on steel pipe rolled carbon products (CWP) imported from Vietnam at a minimum, from 0 to 0.38 %. Other businesses in Vietnam are subject to tax at a very high: up to 113.18%.
According to the Competition Administration Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade (VCA), 3 Vietnam enterprises including Company Limited Hoa Phat Steel Pipe Company and the Company Seah Steel Vina Manufacturing Vietnam Haiphong Hongyuan factory recently received a decision silver worth billions from DOC (United States Department of Commerce).
That decision is: 3 firms apply anti-dumping tariffs on steel pipe rolled carbon products (CWP) imported from Vietnam at a minimum, from 0 to 0.38%. Other businesses in Vietnam are subject to tax at a very high: up to 113.18%.

Conversely, if one of the two agencies said in conclusion no dumping or non-existent damage, the DOC will issue antidumping measures. ITC is expected to promulgate a final conclusion about the damage of the month 11/2016.
Earlier, on 28.10.2015, the DOC received antidumping petition from four US companies for carbon welded steel pipe products imported from Vietnam. Date 17/11/2015, DOC officially started investigations into US exports of companies in the period from 1/4 - 30/09/2015. Amplitude imposition of anti-dumping is allegedly 113.18%.
