Decision on anti-dumping of stainless steel imported into Vietnam

The Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 7896 / QD-BCT on the application of anti-dumping measures for some cold rolled stainless steel products originating in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Taiwan (China).
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 62 of the Government's Decree No. 10/2018 / ND-CP of January 15, 2018, detailing a number of articles of the Foreign Trade Management Law regarding trade remedies, By 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade had publicly announced on its website the Department of Trade Remedies (Investigative Agency) the official receipt of the request for a final review of the case from the home Domestic production represents the domestic industry.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade said that on September 12, 2018, the Investigation Agency received the request for review of the case. The requester is a representative of a domestic manufacturing industry, including POSCO VST and Hoa Binh Inox.
Pursuant to Article 82 (2) of the Foreign Trade Administration Law and Article 11 of the WTO Anti-dumping Agreement dated 2 October 2018 (01 year before the expiry of the anti-dumping measure price, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3551 / QD-BCT on end-of-period review of the case.
