Specifically, steel made by Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. production / export; Tisco Stainless Steel (H.K.) Limited of China is subject to 17.94% tax. Steel produced by other Chinese producers / exporters is subject to a 31.85% tax.
 
For cold rolled stainless steel products imported from Malaysia, the tax rates are respectively 11.09% and 22.69% for steel manufactured by Bahru Stainless Sdn.Bhd Company, trading company. Acerinox SC Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Distributors and other manufacturers / exporters.
 
Similarly, steel by PT Company. Jindal Stainless Indonesia producers / exporters are subject to a 10.91% tax rate and products from other manufacturers / distributors are subject to a tax rate of up to 25.06%. Steel imported from Taiwan territory is subject to the highest tax, up to 37.29%.
 
The Ministry of Industry and Trade began the final review in October 2018 in accordance with the Law on Foreign Trade Management and the Request for Review by representatives of domestic manufacturing industry. The investigation is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the World Trade Organization, the Law on Foreign Trade Management and related regulations.
 
The survey results show that after 05 years of applying antidumping measures (since October 2014) up to now, the domestic manufacturing industry has gradually overcome significant losses before but the growth is unstable and afternoon. heading flat or slightly decreasing.

After applying antidumping measures, revenue of domestic manufacturing industry tended to grow positively but was leveling off and by the end of the review period, revenue growth was only 4.69%. In terms of profit, the domestic manufacturing industry was profitable in the periodic review with a very low rate of return on revenue of 0.64%.
 
Based on the actual data of foreign manufacturing / exporting enterprises, the survey results show that the dumping behavior of enterprises still exists with the specific dumping margin as above.
 
Anti-dumping measures will take effect 05 years from October 26, 2019.
