Complete preliminary investigation plated steel products imported into Vietnam

Competition Administration Department (MOIT) has completed the preliminary investigation applied for the investigation of anti-dumping measures coated steel products imported into Vietnam have originated from China (including Hong Kong) and South Korea (code AD02 case).
Earlier, on 03.03.2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 818 / QD-BCT of the investigation applied anti-dumping measures on steel products imported into Vietnam plated origin originating in the people's Republic of China (including Hong Kong) and South Korea (code AD-02 incident).
Galvanized steel products subject to the investigation are classified under the HS code below:

In the course of the preliminary investigation, due to related parties for extension of time to answer the survey questions and the Competition Management Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade should have more time to evaluate the incident, on 23 / 5/2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued decision 2003 / QD-BCT extend the preliminary conclusions of the above cases. Accordingly, the preliminary investigation period was extended for the next 60 days.
To date 03/8/2016, the Competition Management Department has completed the preliminary investigation and submit draft conclusions to the preliminary investigation of the incident stakeholder to stakeholder comments Comments for the content of the draft Conclusions preliminary investigation.
Competition Management Department, said the parties involved in the incident above AD02 registered as stakeholders of the incident but have not received the draft Conclusions preliminary investigation, please contact the officer incident to ensure the rights and interests of the parties involved in the incident.
