Carbon steel pipe roll of VN again were sued
|
TT - The business sector carbon steel pipe roll (CWP) of the United States filed a lawsuit against dumping (AD) for products exported from VN CWP.
On 2-10, the Competition Administration Department (VCA - MOIT) said recently received information industry enterprises rolled carbon steel pipe (CWP) of the United States filed a lawsuit against dumping (AD) to United States Department of Commerce (DOC), the International Trade Commission (ITC) for products exported from VN CWP.
Three companies of VN was the plaintiff's allegations of dumping Sujia Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Vietnam Pipe and Steel Co., Ltd SeAH VN. The dumping margin which plaintiffs alleged against exporters VN up to 103.83%.
According to VCA, in the US case approved initiation of the investigation, it would be investigating the case of the US second AD on the same product, and is the sixth case of steel products in general with the VN calculation from early 2015 to the present.
Earlier, in 2011, the US had conducted investigations AD and CVD products exported from VN CWP.
