Australian Steel Vietnam was dumping investigation

Interim decision on the case can be issued after 60 days of initiation of the investigation and the final report of the investigation agency to make recommendations on the matter will be submitted prior to the date 03.11.2017 .
The parties concerned must submit a questionnaire reply to the investigating authorities on the day 13.11.2016 deadline.
This is the second lawsuit simultaneous dual anti-dumping measures and countervailing 7th for goods exported by Vietnam in recent years since 2009. At the same time, as well as dual-2nd lawsuit Australia to export goods of Vietnam.
