Americans have finally concluded the anti-dumping investigation of carbon steel pipes imported from Vietnam rolls

United States Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued the final conclusions of the investigation for anti-dumping, anti-subsidy for the product to roll carbon steel pipes imported from Oman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Pakistan and Vietnam.

 

Competition Administration Department (MOIT) said, on 10/25/2016, United States Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued the final conclusions of the investigation for anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, for rolled steel products carbon pipes (Circular Welded carbon-Quality steel Pipe - CWP) imports from Oman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Pakistan and Vietnam.
 
The case was initiated investigation from 17.11.2015 with products including steel pipe CWP investigation include the HS: 7306.19.1010, 7306.19.1050, 7306.19.5110, 7306.19.5150, 7306.30.1000, 7306.30. 5015, 7306.30.5020, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085, 7306.30.5090, 7306.50.1000, 7306.50.5030, 7306.50.5050 and 7306.50.5070.
 
According to this conclusion, the DOC determined dumping margin products rolled carbon steel pipes of Vietnam for participating enterprises to cooperate in the investigation process is from 0.00% - 6.27%, the joint now do not cooperate in the investigation process is 113.18%.
 
This level of amplitude change versus DOC preliminary determination issued on May 6/2016.
 
Dumping margins for businesses: the UAE is 5.58% - 6.43%, 11.80% Pakistan, Oman is 7.24%. Pakistan's own further investigation at both countervailing subsidy margin is 64.81% identified.
 
In the next phase, the International Trade Commission (ITC) will issue conclusions about the damage to the domestic industry of the United States. Expected announced on 05.12.2016
 
According to the Competition Authority, the international trade ban neuUy Kyxac States the existence of damage, threatening material injury to the domestic industry by dumping goods, subsidies caused. DOC duty order will be issued scheduled on 12.12.2016.
 
If the International Trade Commission of the United Kyxac not exist for damages, the case will be dismissed.
